Mission Statement
The PCAR Foundation, Inc. was created in 2011 for the purpose of providing: 1)charitable support to local Placer County 501c3 charities that provide food, clothing, shelter and/or mental health
services; and 2)educational scholarships for Placer County students. The PCAR foundation is a public benefit corporation with a 501 (c)(3). EIN#45-1267196
