Providing Scholarships and Charitable Support

To date, the PCAR Foundation has distributed $99,000 in educational scholarships to students in Placer County. It is truly heartwarming to see our Association making a difference in these young students lives and helping to prepare them for their future. Since the Foundations inception in 2011, we have distributed approximately $723,678.76 to Placer County charities!

The PCAR Foundation, Inc. was created in 2011 for the purpose of providing: 1)charitable support to local Placer County 501c3 charities that provide food, clothing, shelter and/or mental health services; and 2)educational scholarships for Placer County students. The PCAR foundation is a public benefit corporation with a 501 (c)(3). EIN#45-1267196

Charitable Giving

PCAR FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTES $89,926 TO LOCAL CHARITIES/STUDENTS In 2023 AND $822,678.76 Since 2011!

The PCAR Foundation, Inc. was created in 2011 for the purpose of providing: 1)charitable support to local Placer County 501c3 charities that provide food, clothing, shelter and/or mental health services; and 2)educational scholarships for Placer County students. The PCAR foundation is a public benefit corporation with a 501 (c)(3). EIN#45-1267196

The PCAR Foundation actively raises resources throughout the year, hosting community events and fundraisers sponsored by regional REALTORS and industry affiliates.

In addition to the annual scholarship program, the PCAR Charitable Foundation also contributes to nearly 20 Placer County based nonprofits. To date, the foundation has distributed an astounding $822,678.76 since its inception in 2011 and in 2023 they issues 30 scholarships and $59,926 to local non-profits. 

30 $1,000 educational scholarships were given in 2023. "As an association, we are inspired by the great work of our local students and consider it an honor to be able to assist them as they plan for their bright futures." said 2024 PCAR Foundation President, David Uhte. 

Created in 2011, the PCAR Foundation provides charitable support to local Placer County 501(c)3 charities that provide food, clothing, shelter and/or mental health services as well as educational scholarships for Placer County students. "We remain committed to supporting those most in need in our community, working to improve the lives of those who live, work and play in our region," noted 2024 PCAR President, Ashley Haney. "While our members work hard to ensure the best experience for our clients everyday, we also recognize the importance of supporting the great work of our regional nonprofits-together we can continue to strengthen our community and future"
