Code Enforcement — Open House Signage

We alerted you in May that we had received notices from some of the local jurisdictions of their intent to kick-up their enforcement of their sign ordinance.

We have heard from a handful of you that Rocklin, in particular, has ramped up enforcement of their sign ordinance and began confiscating open house signs that are placed in violation of Rocklin’s ordinance.

We have provided links below to each of the local jurisdiction’s sign ordinances. The Sign Ordinances are different in each jurisdiction, so please be sure to check the areas where you may be planning an open house.
