Memberships

A REALTOR Membership is for those with an active real estate license with the Department of Real Estate who have successfully hung their license under an active PCAR broker.

New member orientation is required for newly licensed agents applying for a REALTOR membership. Virtual orientations are held Tuesdays at 2 pm, Wednesdays at 10 am, and Thursdays at 10 am. *Please be sure to click on the "REALTOR" button below to fill out the REALTOR application prior to joining a new member orientation. An Affiliate Membership is for those who provide a service to or have an interest in the real estate industry. A corporate affiliate membership is for company's that have five or more individuals who would like to join under one company at a discounted rate. Instructions on how to join as an individual affiliate or corporate affiliate are located in their respective applications below.

New Member Orientation-Register Below

Welcome to the start of your real estate career as a REALTOR® with PCAR! Prior to registering for a New Member Orientation, please be sure you have turned in a PCAR application. If you still need to fill out an application, click here. ONLY register for one orientation. Spots are limited.

Once you are approved for Orientation you will receive an email from Zoom with a link to join. Orientations are conducted via Zoom only. Please be in the waiting room at least 5-10 minutes before the meeting start time. Late attendees will not be admitted into the meeting. You must be able to interact in the meeting with your camera on.
